Sorry I haven’t posted about the anxiety tips yet! Here is one I use all the time though. You can do this, or breathe in a breath as slow and as long as you can, then do the same thing but  breathing out. It naturally slows your heartbeat down so the panic attacks aren’t as intense. No one will notice when you’re doing it either. So it’s not going to be obvious to anyone that you’re having a panic attack :) hope this helps
